SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Made to Order

Each Edition and Object is produced to order. A 50% deposit confirms your order and begins production. Production periods vary by piece; please contact us for current lead times, which are confirmed in your Order Confirmation. Because each piece is fabricated specifically for your order, deposits are non-refundable once production has begun. Each Object is unique; natural variation in material, grain, and tone is inherent to the work and not considered a defect.

Payment & Delivery

When your piece is complete, we notify you and issue a final invoice for the remaining 50% and confirmed shipping costs. Your piece is crated and dispatched once final payment is received. An estimated shipping cost is provided at the time of order.

Dispatch

Objects ship directly from our workshop in Costa Rica to your destination. Editions ship from our atelier in Switzerland. Delivery arrangements are coordinated before dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Costs are determined by destination, dimensions, and delivery requirements. All shipments are fully insured while in transit.

Damage in Transit

Any visible shipping damage should be reported immediately to the carrier and communicated to Peter Litzau Studio within 48 hours of receipt.

International Delivery

We ship to many international destinations. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.

Timelines

Production and delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to variation due to production schedules, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
